Summary: The staff were all friendly. My omelet was very good but with one chef, 2 burners and a line, it was a long wait. The room was fairly clean but updates are needed. For example, our towel bar was broken.

Summary: Excellent stay. Jacuzzi tub in the room was amazing. Facility interior was beautiful and clean and the staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was amazing. Everything we ordered at the restaurant/bar was excellent, both the food and drinks. Would love to stay there again.

Summary: Friendly and attentive staff, comfortable beds, good enough for the basics. Yes, its a little outdated if that bothers you but we weren't there to just stay around the hotel and room. Beautiful view outside of Sturgeon Bay and close to the shopping areas.

Summary: Property is definitely in need of dire update; especially for the $300/night l. General feel is stale and worn. We were moved to a new room after discovering tub was completely rusty and appeared stained. To the credit of management, we were given a free night and suite upgrade. Although clearly expensive to undertake, we believe there was much potential given the location and big crowds in the area.
